We went to Coa Del Mar for a special occasion and our dinning experiance far exceeded our expectations. The food was fabulous and the presentation was beautiful. I ordered the Grilled Seafood and it was amazing. I will be recommending this resturant to all my friends and family

Coa Del Mar is a refreshing new restaurant that has been very much needed in the Treasure Valley. From the moment my wife and I walked in, our jaws were to the floor at how beautiful the restaurant was. The food was very exquisite and the best seafood I have ever had. Food is definitely on the pricier side, so be prepared to take out a loan to eat here and serve five years as an indentured servant. My wife and I had the Helios cocktail for our drink, with dinner containing an appetizer of escargot and a shrimp cocktail and entrees of New Zealand Oro King Salmon and Lobster tail Mac and Cheese. Every bite was mind blowing—we felt like Remy in Ratatouille. To top it all off, the whole restaurant felt like a set piece in a John Wick or James Bond movie due to the modern aesthetic combined with the beautiful glass and marble work throughout the building. Coa Del Mar definitely treated us well, and we will be back—after I finish my indentured servitude in five years. All jokes aside, Coa Del Mar was definitely an anniversary dinner well spent.
