I’m extremely pleased with not only my purchase at Hawk Ford, but also my experience with my salesman and the general manager, Chris. I had a small problem with window and Chris got me in right away, gave me a different Bronco, and had it fixed with an hour or two. I want to give a shout out to Hawk Ford, Jim M and Paul K for all of their help. We had purchased what turned out to be a lemon at a different dealership. We had reached out to Hawk Ford since our other vehicle was also a Ford. Thankfully we ended up being able to sell our old vehicle back to the original dealership, but they unfortunately were unable to find us a replacement vehicle. Jim reached out to us as he remembered speaking to my wife and knew our horrible story. He knew we were asking for a needle in a haystack. We needed a SUV, 8 passengers, good condition and within our price point, which we knew was going to be extremely hard to find. He not only found us a vehicle that met our needs, but it had every feature we wanted and it was less than half the mileage of our previous vehicle. He then took the extra steps to ensure that the SUV was perfect! He treated us like family! We felt beyond catered to. We took delivery of our 2017 Nissan Armada tonight and I cannot express how much this whole experience and the compassion of Jim, Paul and the staff at Hawk Ford means to us!
