I have a $400 Tissot watch. The authorized dealer doesn't replace batteries but sends it to Tissot for service/ maintenance. Although I am mechanically challenged, I probably could have figured out the proper battery and bought one. Then, I would have to find the proper tool to fit the case back without damaging it or leaving pry marks. I am sure I would have screwed up the seating of the gaskets ruining the water resistence. I walked in to Fast fix and asked Zack if he respected the gasket. I knew by he response that he had skills and knew about gaskets. Awesome service, and I like the available warranties with nationwide locations. In case I am traveling, and there is a problem.

Used fast fix for years now they always do a great job, they are always responsive and helpful when you call. They sized my husbands ring, fixed his watch, and repaired his broken chain multiple times.They recently combined my three wedding rings and they came out better than I could have ever imagined I couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend these guys, they’re fast, reasonable pricing, and always give great service!
